About The Project
1. VILLA OWNERSHIP AND LEGAL MATTERS
Lovina Hills Residence will have its own Indonesian company established, which will be owned by foreigners (owners of individual villas). Legal form PT. PMA - Limited liability company owned exclusively by citizens of a foreign country - allows land ownership in Indonesia. An ideal fifth of the plot belongs to each villa.
2. LOCATION
The attractive seaside town of Lovina has all the amenities needed for a comfortable everyday life. Nearby is the city of Singaraja, which used to be the capital of Bali. The destination is particularly attractive with many beaches that are suitable for swimming, water sports and diving.
This part of the Bali Sea has the highest concentration of dolphins in Bali. The area has many waterfalls, hot springs and is home to important Buddhist temples. The climate is suitable for growing vines so this area is well known for its vineyards.
3. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE
Start of construction – no later than March 2024, completion – July 2025
4. ARCHITECTURE
The project is inspired by simple Mediterranean fishing houses. The villas are displayed in a modern spirit with minimalistic elements and unique details.
5. COMMERCIAL USE
Due to the legal form of PT PMA, it is possible to legally use the villas for commercial purposes - rental, etc.
6. MAINTENANCE
A professional company will take care of the maintenance and management of the villas.
